-  UA Zone is a public, volunteer driven project following the several goals. First of all it is aimed to provide the reliable information about Ukraine; promote Ukraine, ukrainian culture and ukrainian business in the world. The second goal of this project is to provide some useful information about Ukraine to ukrainians themselves, to help ukrainians communicate to each other.

-  UA Zone is entirely based on the principle of collaborative public partnership. It means that it is created by numerous individuals on the volunteer basis.

-  The entire web site is divided onto several projects. Each of them is maintained by one or several individuals. There's one separate person, the Guide, who supervises the project and is entirely responsible for it's content.

-  All these projects are coordinated by the general coordinator.
