The Great Bell Tower.

The Great Bell Tower was Designed by Johann Shadel and built during the period 1731-1745. It is 318 feet (318m) tall and is considered to be the highest point in Kiev. You can take the numbered (approx. 550-600) steps to almost the top. Currently it is undergoing some reconstruction.
